    Cancellations made before the service is scheduled, dispatched, or executed are eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of preparation.

  • After Dispatch/Execution:
    If the service has already begun or goods are in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Any request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds (if applicable) will be at the sole discretion of Panik Express Private Limited.

  • Bulk Orders or Custom Agreements:
    Cancellation of bulk logistics contracts or custom trading agreements will be subject to specific contract terms.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments

  • Cancelled services (as per terms above)

  • Unfulfilled or undelivered services due to an error on our part

  • Service delays or non-performance (evaluated case by case)

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Delays caused by third parties, government actions, natural events, or force majeure situations


3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within:

  • 3–5 business days for UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet payments

  • 5–7 business days for bank transfers or NEFT/RTGS refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
